Appointments
1. Our phone lines and doors open at 8:30am and close at 17:30pm. Should you require an urgent same day appointment, it is essential that you call as early as possible and before 10:00am. These same day appointments are at a first come first serve basis and a patient advisor will ask for a brief reason for the urgency.
2. Some short term urgent medical conditions (ear infection, simple UTI's etc.) can be dealt with by our local pharmacists in the area. You could be offered this as an alternate rather than an urgent appointment at the surgery. These pharmacists are trained in triaging and prescribing. For further information on CPCS (Community Pharmacy Consultation Service) Referral's please click here.
3. Please be advised that when booking a telephone appointment with one of our GP's, you will not be given a exact time. This will be confirmed either "am" or "pm". Should you require a specific time frame, a note can be added for the doctor. Note that when checking your appointment via the NHS app, the time stated for the call is for our booking system ONLY and not for the time of the call.
4. Please ensure your telephone number accepts "No Caller ID" calls as some of our GP's and clinician's call from their own work phones. This sometimes can be the cause to many missed appointments.
