The Groby Surgery will be closed on Monday 25th August 2025 for the Summer bank holiday and will re-open at 8:30am on Tuesday 26th August 2025
Should you require urgent medical assistance during the closed hours, please contact 111 or in an emergency 999.

Change in Partnership
Dr Chotai and Dr Trayner hold the NHS contract for General Medical Services (GMS) at Groby Surgery with NHS England.
Named Accountable GP: Practices are required to provide all their patients with Named Accountable GP who is responsible for their overall care. Our named accountable GP's are Dr Nainesh Chotai and Dr Justin Trayner. This does not prevent you from seeing any GP in the practice as you currently do. If you wish to know who your named accountable GP is, please speak with Reception team. Thank you.
